Our initial briefing is designed to identify the type of property you are looking for, in terms of location, size and local amenities including transport.  We also aim to identify your priorities in terms of layout and whether you are looking for development potential or wish to just 'move in'.

After taking an initial brief, we will search for and preview suitable properties on your behalf.  We will then compile a short list of properties for you to view. 

Once you have found a property you wish to make an offer on, we will handle the negotiations on your behalf, to help secure the best price for the property.

Once your offer has been accepted, we will oversee the conveyancing on your behalf.  We can also help you find a suitable lawyer or financial advisor.
